General good experience.
The location is good, easy to find, the center of the city. The room is a little bit small with the king size bed, but the bed is very comfortable to have a very good sleep there, and very quiet at night.
The breakfast is a little bit too early to serve from 6am to 9am, which we missed after a sweet and deep sleep.
The outdoor pools are popular and children can have fun.
Price is fair, generally satisfied!

Do NOT stay here! We had a horrendous stay at this location. The rooms were filthy, disgusting, and downright unhealthy. It had clearly not been cleaned in ages. There were dust, dirt, mold, and cigarette burns everywhere. There was no hot water and the microwave and refrigerator were broken. Worst of all there were clearly blood stains on the carpet . We talked to the main desk about the lack of cleanliness. They were completely unresponsive. The did not send anyone to clean the room nor refund our money so we could stay elsewhere. We had to buy blankets to cover the beds and slept on them. Horribly discusting.

Road construction on the same block, so noisy/inconvenient in daytime, but quiet during the rest of the evening/night. Dogs in hotel barking late into the evening, but thankfully not all night. Staff is very accommodating and nice. Hotel is showing signs of age and wear n tear, but not falling apart yet. Although, toilets were made for small children and not adults... very low to the ground, which is hard for older people or arthritic knees to squat down to.

I refused to stay after I arrived, asked to be refunded, refused and discussed with *******. ******* refused to refund me even though I Never checked in.i booked online using Expedia's recomendations. ******* failed

There was trach all over and it was never picked up, even outside garage was never changed and overflowing and on the ground. There was no staff when I arrived. I had to wait along time and finally call. I would like a full or partial refund!

I had the worst and most horrible experience with Quality Inn Wenatchee. I would never recommend staying here — even if it’s your only option. It will completely ruin your vacation.
The service was terrible, and the rooms were filled with an unbearable smell. When I asked for a better room, they didn’t bother to fix the problem — they simply offered me a room freshener. Even basic essentials like hand soap weren’t provided in the room; you had to go to the front desk to get them yourself.
I booked this property through ******* for two nights, but we had to leave within 60 minutes after seeing the condition of the place — stinky rooms, dirty sheets with hair all over them, and overall unhygienic conditions.
To make matters worse, ******* did nothing to help us get a refund for services we never used.
Bottom line: Do yourself a favor — avoid this property and save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money.

Dirty around the hotel, garbage overflowing. Inside the room carpet dirty and it has stains, sheets have stains, old food inside the fridge and tub was dirty too fan didnt work inside the bathroom plus pool outside wasnt in service.
